To follow this course, all you need is:

• A computer
• A printer (ideally, but you can always find a way around it)
• A real will to make a change in your life and approach to business

I have really chosen to make the format of the course as simple as possible so that you can improve in an even way. All four modules are divided into short lessons and activities taking up to 30 minutes only. Science has proven that longer lessons and activities get counterproductive, as the attention of learners tends to decrease after 45 minutes. Thus, know that none of the lessons will take you more than 45 minutes to complete.
